Victoria Berry recently wrote a blog post for Bereaved Families of Ontario that I would like to share with you providing tips to cope with grief over the holidays and through the winter season. She acknowledges that grieving during the winter months, especially amidst the holiday season, can be incredibly difficult. Her statement “Take this time to nurture yourself, knowing that it is okay to experience both sadness and joy …. The winter season can be a time of reflection, connection, and healing, and it’s okay to give yourself the space and time you need to process these emotions.”
